In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the guss77 website accessible at https://guss77.app, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and application programming interfaces operated by guss77.
• "Company" or "guss77" means the legal entity that owns, operates, and maintains the Platform.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal guss77 account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total Rupiah value of funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process through which guss77 confirms a Player's identity, age, and residence using government-issued documentation.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it may be converted to withdrawable funds.

Access to and use of the guss77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. guss77 strictly prohibits participation by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
2. Residence: You must be a resident of Indonesia. The Platform is designed for and directed at players located within the Republic of Indonesia.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible.
4. No Prior Exclusion: You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform or any other guss77-operated service. Self-excluded Players who attempt to circumvent their exclusion will have their accounts terminated.
5. Not an Employee: You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of guss77 or its technology or payment partners, unless explicit written consent has been obtained from guss77's compliance team.

To access the full range of guss77 Services, Players must complete the account registration process. The following conditions apply:

1. Single Account: Each Player may hold only one Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts without notice.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP), date of birth, address, and a valid contact number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. guss77 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access resulting from a Player's failure to safeguard their credentials. You must notify guss77 support immediately upon suspecting unauthorized access.
4. KYC Documentation: Prior to processing any withdrawal, guss77 requires completion of KYC verification. Accepted documents include a valid Indonesian National ID (KTP) and, where required, a bank statement or payment method confirmation matching the registered account details. Documents must be clear, legible, and current.
5. Verification Timeframe: KYC review is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. During periods of high volume, this may extend to 72 hours. Withdrawals remain suspended until KYC is approved.
6. Account Ownership: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any credits therein to any third party.

All financial transactions on the guss77 Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: Rp 25.000 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to the Account Balance in real time upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. guss77 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
• Players must deposit from a payment method registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned or held pending investigation.
• guss77 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees imposed by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider are the Player's sole responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment-method availability. guss77 reserves the right to request that withdrawals be made to a specific channel for fraud-prevention purposes.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within an average of three minutes. Processing times may be extended during scheduled maintenance windows or banking system downtime.
• All real-money deposits must be wagered at least once (1x) before a withdrawal request is eligible for processing. This requirement is separate from any bonus wagering requirements.
• guss77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction or Rp 100.000.000 per 24-hour period.
• Withdrawals will be declined and funds held for investigation if guss77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

guss77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and account closure.
2. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement stated in the applicable promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on guss77 welcome bonuses is 10x (ten times) the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified.
3. Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets at odds of 1.50 or greater typically contribute 100%. Slot games contribute 100%. Live casino games and togel contribute at the rate specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on games with a house edge below 1% may be excluded from wagering calculations.
4. Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account Balance. The standard bonus validity period is 30 days from the date of credit, unless otherwise stated.
5. Maximum Bet: While Bonus Funds are active, the maximum permitted stake per bet is Rp 500.000 or the equivalent in the applicable game, unless a different limit is specified in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may be voided.
6. Modification & Withdrawal: guss77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of material changes by email.
7. One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms, Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously. Attempting to activate a second bonus while a first is active will result in the second bonus being declined.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the guss77 Platform across all product verticals:

1. Bet Acceptance: A bet is confirmed only when guss77's system acknowledges it and a unique transaction reference is generated. Verbal confirmations, screenshots of a pending state, or confirmations from customer support agents do not constitute valid bet placement in the event of a system dispute.
2. Odds Changes: Odds on pre-match and in-play markets are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. guss77 uses real-time odds pricing; the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
3. Palpable Errors: guss77 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous (commonly referred to as "palpable errors" or "palps"). This includes odds that are manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, data-feed failure, or human input mistake. Affected Players will be notified and their stake returned.
4. Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market is settled, bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules applicable to that event.
5. Maximum Payout: The maximum single-bet payout on the guss77 sportsbook is Rp 500.000.000 per event, regardless of the size of the stake or the odds available. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to a separate maximum payout stated in the sportsbook rules section.
6. Togel Rules: For the togel vertical, draw results are determined by official third-party draw operators (Singapore Pools, Sydney Pools, Macau Pools). guss77 publishes results in real time in WIB. Discrepancies between the displayed result and the official result will be resolved in favor of the official result.

10. Attempting to access guss77's back-end systems, APIs, or databases without authorization.

All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, software, databases, odds data, and intellectual property appearing on or accessible through the guss77 Platform are the exclusive property of guss77 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without guss77's express written consent.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

guss77's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

guss77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 8.
2. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
3. Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering.
4. Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same Player.
5. A Player's request for self-exclusion or account closure.
6. A court order or direction from a competent regulatory authority.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, guss77 will notify the Player via their registered email address. Any real-money balance held in a legitimately suspended Account will be returned to the Player's registered payment method once the investigation is concluded, provided no grounds for forfeiture are established.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of gaming law. guss77 operates under an international gaming license and adheres to international standards for player protection, anti-money laundering, and fair play.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
